Tortoise Svn

Tortoise Svn is a very nice graphical Subversion client/front end for windows. It allows you to export/diff/submit/etc files to an existing Subversion repository using the regular Windows Explorer.

In my everyday struggle against Microsoft I just realized how screwed up the world is (in favor of Microsoft of course). Even Tortoise Svn has a plugin that allows users to diff versions of a Word Document.

This screenshot illustrates what Open Office looks like when diffing a Offive 1997 Word Document with insertions and deletions:
